Telehealth

 

CareLink of Northwest Georgia has entered into an agreement with Giving Health to provide outsourced telehealth services to our patients and up to seven immediate family members in the household (free to our patients and their families). These services include both Medical and Mental Health Counseling.

Program components will include:

  1. 24/7 telephonic or video telehealth consultations with State licensed physicians for common acute medical conditions by phone, smart device, or computer.  Consultations will be provided at no cost to the member.
     

  2. 24/7 counseling services provided by master’s level licensed professional counselors accessible by phone.   Counseling will be provided at no cost to the member.  Five consultations.
     

  3. 24/7 access to a discount prescription medication program.  The member will be responsible for paying for their prescription at the point of pick-up.  The member is not obligated to use the Program’s discount program.
     

  4. Customer service teams that provide direct support to members with registration, account activation, and requests for consultations.
     

  5. Member communications including phone, email, and SMS text outreach to support program familiarization, utilization, and telehealth surveys, data collection, and analysis.
